Yes. We tailor plans, specifications and finishes to your lifestyle and budget. Before execution you’ll review:

• Space planning + elevations (as applicable)
• 3D views for clarity
• Working drawings for execution accuracy

Packages are a clean starting point. The final amount is confirmed after site visit + drawings. Typically included:

• Structure + standard MEP (electrical/plumbing)
• Waterproofing in wet areas
• Basic finishes and fixtures as per selected package
• Site supervision and quality checks

Anything outside standard scope (site constraints, premium upgrades, design changes) is reflected transparently in the BOQ.

We follow stage-wise payments. You pay only when a measurable milestone is completed and verified. Examples: excavation/footing, plinth, slab cycles, brickwork, plastering, finishing milestones.

We use documented checklists and on-site checks. Typical controls include:

• Brand-certified materials and approved vendor bills
• Site tests where applicable (slump/cube, sand/silt, waterproofing pond test)
• Snag list and rectification before final handover
• Photo updates and milestone sign-off

Timelines depend on built-up area, floors, approvals, site access and finish selections. After site assessment and drawings, we share a clear schedule with weekly milestones.

Yes. Warranty and support depend on selected scope and brands. Brand warranties apply for fixtures/hardware as per manufacturer terms. We also assist with post-handover adjustments and snag closure.
